In June of 2010, Jemma Rose came into the world, 3 1/2 months early and weighing 1lb 15oz. It was one of those life-changing moments . Soon after, the idea of “Little Jems” was born.

Jemma gave me the push that I needed to start doing something I love. Designing. Creating. And still spending my time at home with her. Bliss.

Since 2010, Little Jems has grown and allowed me to give back to those who were so kind when we needed it most. Each year Little Jems donates a portion of annual sales to the life-saving Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Victoria General Hospital, on beautiful Vancouver Island. They are responsible for giving me my little Jem, and for that I will always be grateful.

Everyone should be lucky enough to have their own little Jem
